Terms and Conditions Cultural Olympiad
Terms and Conditions for sharing your project in order to partecipate to Milano Cortina 2026 Cultural Olympiad (hereinafter referred to as "Cultural Olympiad").
1) Participation in the Cultural Olympiad is subject to full acceptance of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter 'Terms and Conditions').
2) The proposing party (the "Proposer") by sharing its project (hereinafter the "Project") confirms that it has understood, accepts and shall be bound to these Terms and Conditions.
3) Participation in the Cultural Olympiad is open to all cultural entities, artists, curators, designers, creatives, who in various capacities work in the cultural sector to take part in the celebrations and contribute to the creation of a palimpsest, which is able to unite, through the values of the Olympic and Paralympic Movement, sport with culture, communities, places, environment and society.
4) The Project submitted by the Proposer, must reflect and promote the Olympic and Paralympic values, the values of Milano Cortina 2026 and the respect of the Olympic Charter, as well as comply with the following thematic areas: Sport, among history, art and culture; Active Communities; Diversity and Inclusion; Territory and Lifestyles; Peace; and more generally comply with the content and formal requirements indicated in the brochure.
5) To share your Project, you have to fill in the appropriate form, providing all the required information in a clear and detailed manner.
6) Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 will evaluate the Projects received and reserves the right to select the Projects it deems most suitable and coherent with the strategic guidelines of the Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 and the aims of the Cultural Olympiad.
7) The Foundation reserves the right to make direct contact with the Applicants also for the sole purpose of requesting further information.
8) Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is in no way bound to select any Project and its decision in this regard is final.
9) The Proposer hereby declares that it has nothing to claim, and that it will not claim any form of compensation or reimbursement for the submission of its Project.
10) The Proposer further acknowledges that no funds or grants are to be disbursed for the implementation of the Projects selected by the Foundation.
11) The Proposers selected by the Foundation are required to sign an agreement to license the Cultural Olympiad sub-brand ("Brand"), as identified in the Cultural Olympiad presentation brochure. This agreement will define the obligations of the selected Proposers regarding the use of the Trademark and other aspects of participation in the Cultural Olympiad.
12) Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
13) The personal data of the individuals representing the Proponents and the selected Proponents will be collected and processed in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation No. 679/2916 ("GDPR") and, in general, with the legislation on the protection of personal data.
