In relation to Facebook Business Tools (e.g. Cookie, plug-ins and Pixel), the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (hereafter ‘Meta’), with headquarters at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, act as Data Joint Controllers based on a specific Joint Control Agreement to measure the level of interaction among the websites visited, based on data subjects’ preferences and to provide targeted publicity within the social network. 3. What are cookies?
