Randstad, HR partner of Milano Cortina 2026, has announced a research project to assess the economic and social impact and skills legacy that the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 will leave on the territory.

This initiative was created in synergy with Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, and it analyses the extent to which the great event can transform the territory, by generating new development opportunities, through a qualitative snapshot of the job demand generated.

Randstad's lookout

Randstad Group's Research will identify the most popular career choices, the skills required from applicants, the training requirements and wealth of expertise that will remain available to workers and volunteers, once the Olympic Winter Games are over, for each macro-sector with the greatest skill legacy expected.

A Legacy Project

"Having partners who support our goals makes the Olympic Games 2026 construction stronger. Randstad Italia - comments Giovanni Malagò, President of Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 - has supported the project of the next Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games from the very beginning, along with its principles. One of our commitments is to bequeath a concrete and lasting legacy to our Country, and this initiative is another important step in that direction."

"The Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games represent an extraordinary opportunity to relaunch our nation, by involving companies and talents in the organisation of one of the most important sporting events worldwide - says Marco Ceresa, Randstad Group CEO. By partnering up with Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, Randstad Research's Lookout will document the transformational and generative effect of the Olympic Games at an economic and social level."
