‘Meet Milano Cortina 2026’, an annual event aimed at global and domestic partners of the upcoming Games, was held in Milan on 2 and 3 November.

With just over two years until the start of the Games, the second Milano Cortina 2026 Partners Workshop was held in Milan on 2 and 3 November 2023. The event entitled "Meet Milano Cortina 2026" was an opportunity for an in-depth discussion between the Games' commercial partners, prospect partners, stakeholders and the Organising Committee.

The two-day event, which opened with greetings from the President of the Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, Giovanni Malagò, and CEO Andrea Varnier, featured speeches by Elisabeth Allaman, Deputy Managing Director TMS of the International Olympic Committee, and Craig Spence, Chief Brand & Communication Officer of the International Paralympic Committee, representing the world's leading sports bodies.

The speeches that followed in plenary saw the top management of the Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 give a detailed picture of the progress of the project for all areas of competence of the Organising Committee. We talked about marketing, communication, accreditation, licensing, logistics, technologies, ticketing, transport, food & beverage, venues and villages, sustainability, but also programs aimed at schools (education) and volunteers.

The work then developed through vertical team meetings in which the managers of the major groups sponsoring the Games and the staff of the Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 were able to discuss the operational and strategic aspects that will lead towards the biggest sporting event hosted by Italy in 2026.
